The Beauty Spa details
Sinzinani Spa is an up-market sanctuary that offers individual salon treatments and luxurious treatment packages, with a professional approach to body care, well-being and facial therapy. Our unique treatments encompass relaxation therapy, anti-stress therapy, detoxification, revitalisation and mineralising treatments. It is a place where you can retreat to a quiet space of natural beauty, self discovery and total body and mind rejuvenation. For those who cannot take an entire day off- you can experience sheer luxury and choose a treatment that suits your own needs.
Payment and Confirmation of booking.
Please be advised that credit card details are required to secure your booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The full amount will be deducted from your credit card if you do not arrive for your appointment.
Vouchers
Please be advised when booking a voucher the voucher must be brought with you. If you do not arrive for your appointment your voucher will be cancelled.
Cancellations
- No cancellations will be accepted, unless due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation notification must be in writing and must be addressed to: Sinzinani Management and faxed to 086 630 9277 or e-mailed to bookings@sinzinanispa.co.za 48hrs before the treatment date. Any booking not cancelled in this manner will be charged for in full.
Please take note of the following…
- Our slippers are One Size fits all. Please notify us if your foot size is bigger than size 11.
- Our Gowns vary in size from Medium to XL. Please notify us if you are a bigger size.
You are more than welcome to bring your own gown and slippers.
Sinzinani Product Range, Hampers and Gift vouchers
- There is a retail shop onsite with Sinzinani Pampering Products, Gift hampers and Vouchers for sale.
- Credit cards are accepted.
Parking/Arriving at Sinzinani Day Spa
- Please park your car in the designated Sinzinani Spa parking area. Parking on Thaba Ya Batswana premises is at own risk.
- Medical conditions
- If you have any medical condition that is of concern eg. Epilepsy, Heart condition or high/low Blood Pressure, please consult with your medical practitioner to ensure that the treatments you will be having are in order. Please mention to the medical practitioner that you are having more than one treatment.
- Your therapist will ask you which pressure you prefer before you have a massage.
Dietary Requirements and Menu
- Beverages are available throughout the day -Water, fresh fruit juices, herbal teas, regular teas and coffees.
- Please note that we do not serve alcohol during the day.
Spa Etiquette
- No cell phone calls are allowed during treatments. Please switch off all cell phones.
- We do not tolerate any sexual harassment or aggressive behavior towards our staff.
- Smokers are only allowed to smoke in the designated areas. No smoking is allowed in the treatment rooms or in the dining room.
- We do not tolerate unruly behavior and our rights of admission are reserved.
- Please respect the other client’s privacy whilst treatments are in progress. Please keep the noise level down.
